ebay eh?
actually I'm interested in burnout? -some racing game where I get to smash up cars!
woohoo. So once again, just as I was thinking of dumping the cube on you, I think
about keeping it. Sigh - I dunno. Unless you tell me you really want it, I have no need
to really get rid of it.
CANADA won! woohooo. that was a pretty good game!
did you catch witchblade on fox tuesday night? (instead of smallville). I was kind of happy
they showed it (cuz I never saw the end of that episode) but does that mean they dumped
smallville already? I think they used to show it on TBS... yancy butler is cool. I used to
really like the show where she was this petty theif who was sucked into working for some
gov agency - I guess it sounds like Nikita but you know what - this was better than that stupid
show. (not that I really watched it)
oh man I am sore! guess I'm gonna go browse ebay now for some cameras

hmm.. lately I watch raymond, simpsons, and smallville I guess. I don't even really catch 'em all the time either - especially simpsons. our delayed sex & the city 4th season(?) is pretty bland - I find. Filling up the rest of the time watching dvds - tempted to get some old hitchcock from the 20/30's... the first "talking" movies in Britain...
As for life, life shtinks, I work like a dog (although I hear Amy works harder) and spend most of my free time trying to exercise. Frustrated with my lack of progress in swimming skills and the inability to bike outdoors. Meanwhile I'm surrounded by losers at work who don't want to go out for lunch.
I think the gold medal given to our unhappy candian couple was ridiculous and shows the absence of any real sportsmanship in the olympics. I realize that this stupid story was taking over the headlines but seriously, it wouldn't have been such a big story had these two accepted their silver medals. People at work here are all convinced the French judge was bribed/co-erced whatever but its not like she was the ONLY judge who voted the pair 2nd. Ugg. I mean there's no explanation as to WHY two gold medals were awarded! I understand the x-country silver/bronze medals - the two guys hit the finish line at the EXACT same moment! but this, eesh, the medals are supposed to come from the judges - not the people. Can you tell I hate ungrateful athletes? The more I look at them two, the more I get annoyed. The girl looks like a btch and the guy wasn't even singing o-canada on the podium yesterday! PUNK ASS. Simon Whitfield did it, Catriona did it, etc etc. I don't understand why atheletes turn out like this. Gretzky has always been a great guy - from what I've seen - I don't know jack but he really puts himself out for his fans and supports a lot of great causes - these two only seem to think about themselves. And here's another thing - most athletes in the elite/top of their game are usually best friends with their closest competitors - I know for sure in triathlon, whitfield trained with most of the same guys he was racing for a medal with - even though they're from different countries they train together, travel the race circuit together etc - I heard its the same with le may and them german women - but I saw no happiness for the russians/ no sense of family when the medals were awarded. And thats pathetic. Anyway I think that's enough rambling for a guy who hardly worked today cuz he's sooooo shleepy after countless meetings...
meanwhile my cute lifeguard quit working at my pool ... *sniff*
